Make-up Test Schedules


Students are responsible for verifying any changes in testing schedules with the Assessment Services office listed. Please allow sufficient time to complete your test within Assessment Services operating hours.

Instructors who wish to leave exams in Assessment Services must complete an Instructor Test Administration Form for each exam. Please refer to the Instructor Guidelines for more information. 

New this semester:

If you will be having someone besides yourself drop off or pick up exams we will need for you to fill out a "Proxy Form" giving that designated person permission.

Holidays: All Assessment Centers will be Closed on all College holidays

Assessment Services is responsible for monitoring test sessions. Daytona State College does not tolerate cheating nor disruptive behavior.  If an examinee is suspected of cheating, the test session will be terminated and voided and the examinee will be asked to leave the area.  The incident will be reported to college officials and disciplinary action may be taken.
