Daytona State is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, GA 30033-4097: Telephone number 404-679-4501) to award the bachelor of applied science degree, two-year associate of arts, associate of applied science and associate of science degrees.
The College is a member of the American Association of Community Colleges and the Florida Association of Community Colleges, and is an approved institution of higher education for veterans and war orphans.
