Mission Statement

The Daytona State College Student Help Desk, Falcon-AID, is dedicated to becoming the first point of contact for students seeking technical assistance.  Falcon-AID now works with the IT Help Desk at the main Daytona State College campus to address all technical concerns with regards to the student/college environment.
