Racecar driver Alli Owens comes to the ATC
The Daytona Beach native Alexandra “Alli” Owens brought her racecar to the
ATC for display the night before her big race. Alli raced in the ARCA 200 on February 8, 2008, at the Daytona International Speedway. Alli understands that NASCAR is dominantly a male sport, but she believes that she can change that, and change the way people view racing. She started racing when she was only thirteen years old. The now nineteen year old, and 2006 graduate of Atlantic High School, is making her dream come true. Alli has worked hard to get where she is, never getting anything handed to her. Alli is a good role model for teens. For more information about Alli Owens or her race team, visit http://www.alliowens.com/
