How do I order official transcripts?
To order official transcripts; instead of choosing FalconNet, select Alumni, then choose the Alumni Services box.

I don't remember my Personal Question, what do I do?
If you are unable to recall your Web Portal personal question, you will need to come in person to any campus with a photo ID or fax the Records department at 386-506-4489 requesting to have your secret question or pin reset.

How do I set up a Personal Question?
If you have not set up a personalized question and you attempt to log into the web portal, leave the secret answer blank in order to continue.

Why do I get a blank page when I try to access FalconMail?
If you get a blank page when trying to access FalconMail; carefully pay attention to the popup window at the top of the page, you might need to select yes in order to view FalconMail depending on your browser.

How do I drop a class online?
Dropping a class online is almost like registering for a class online, you just need to scroll down towards the bottom of the page, select the bubble by the class you would like to drop and click the “DROP COURSE” button.

Why does my initial password not work for Florida Online?
When logging into Florida Online for the first time; remember that your password needs to be entered in this format mmddyy.

I'm signed up for courses but I can't access Florida Online.
If you cannot access your FL Online course; keep in mind that classes are not available until five days before classes begin.

Why don't I see my classes in Florida Online?
If you cannot see your classes; be advised that classes will not show until the first day of the semester.

I was dropped, and then re-enrolled in my course, but it still isn't showing.
If you have been dropped and reinstated but your classes aren’t showing; if his occurred on the same day, your classes will not show until the next day.

I can't open a document in Florida Online, what should I do?
If you get an error when attempting to open a document; try to save the document to your computer and then open it until you can speak with a Helpdesk representative.
