Honors College Admission Requirements

Admission to the Honors College is based on a variety of criteria.

If you are a current Daytona State College student, minimum requirements include:

• Cumulative Daytona State GPA of at least 3.50

If you are a new student to Daytona State College, minimum requirements include:

• Cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.25
• Test scores
• Minimum SAT Scores:
  Critical Reading 600
  Math 500
• Minimum ACT Scores:
  Reading 25
  English 23
  Math 20
• Minimum PERT Scores:
  Writing 99
  Reading 104
  Math 123

Applications are accepted at any time.  The Honors College sends out acceptance letters within one to two business days of receiving a complete application.
