(DAYTONA BEACH, FL) Oct. 7, 2011 - Acquire the skills and competencies that will set your sales team and your organization apart from the competition. An intensive three-day series of workshops will be offered in November by the Center for Business & Industry at Daytona State College.
Professional Selling Skills® teaches selling and key interaction skills that enable new and experienced sales professionals and sales managers, as well as marketing and support staff to lead mutually beneficial sales conversations with your customers – even those who are indifferent or express concern. The program is facilitated by Ned Harper, director of the Small Business Development Center. Harper has a proven track record of success in sales and training, having developed In-Home Medical from a one-man start-up operation into an 85-employee, seven-location regional marketplace leader with 45 percent market share and annual revenues of $5.5 million.
The three-day workshop will be held Nov. 8-10 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Conference Center (Bldg. 640) on Daytona State’s Daytona Beach Campus, 1200 W. International Speedway Blvd. Class size is limited to 12 participants and costs $1,495 per person.
